Originally from Peru, Ms. Adams has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality, retail and marketing industries and is the founder and CEO of Franchise Connectors, a business brokerage and franchise consulting organization that operates multiple subsidiaries operating in the areas of franchising and business development (including business resale, lead generation, franchise development and franchise sales). She played an integral role in the success of Liberty Tax Service and the SiempreTax+ franchise system – the latter of which targeted the Hispanic market and grew from 0 to over 100 units in its first year. Yeliv is the former owner of the Hampton Roads, VA franchise for the world’s largest trade exchange network. Yeliv has worn many hats in the franchise industry and loves connecting entrepreneurs and connecting them to their next phase of business (buy, sell, or expand through franchising).
